Commentary on Georgina Sands New Series...The New Dominators...JMPO... Not a Review...

"Every person has a moment in their lives when things change, destiny takes over and their lives veer down a road they’d never expected, and maybe didn’t even know existed.   That moment came for me on the day I learned that Lucas Hain, billionaire entrepreneur and pharmaceutical whiz kid, had decided that he wanted to interview me for an executive assistant position he’d been looking to fill.

"I didn’t feel like billionaire-executive-assistant material.   Common sense suggested he’d be looking for someone polished and sophisticated, a classy woman used to moving and shaking in a rarified atmosphere; and I was anything but.   I lived in a tiny low-rent apartment I’d inherited in Waybridge and worked as a researcher for a local public defender’s office.

"When one of my friends in the public defender’s office, a lawyer by the name of Julia Brown who’d taken a shine to me, told me about the position and suggested I apply, I nearly laughed aloud.   However, she’d kept at me, and eventually I’d applied.   I’d had the pre-employment drug test a few days ago and today— in just an hour--I had an interview. To say I’d been shocked that this whole deal was actually moving forward would be putting it lightly.

"But the more I’d thought about it, the more I’d decided I really wanted this job.   Wanted it badly.   I wanted the salary, which would no doubt be better than the one I made now.   I wanted to learn from Lucas Hain, whom some called a genius… I love learning new things and smart guys turn me on.   But most of all, I wanted change, to end my boring existence as an internet researcher...

The Billionaire's
 New Assistant
By Georgina Sand

We certainly can't deny that erotic stories can be "turn-ons" and there's nothing wrong with that itself. It's funny though that how I read these stories now are quite different in today's world. Sooooo, here I am, a woman who started out as an assistant, a worker bee, an office worker, a clerk...whatever... My opinion of the above picture is that she's cute and sexy, but that's because of her pose, don't you think? There's nothing wrong with her clothes, except I would pick a burgundy tie! LOL

But you know what? Here's my "present" preferred pic! Now we all think Angelina Jolie is sexy, but I've always enjoyed the roles she's played as a adventurer--a woman with a gun, going after the bad guys...

So what has changed? The Reality of the World...

When erotica was sold in the back of bookstores, on a single shelf, that you never saw anybody at...never browsing, never allowing yourself to be seen even considering buying some, what you would do is quickly pick out a couple, put them in the middle of a much larger stack of "normal" books, and slink to the counter to the check-out clerk you'd never seen before and would make sure you never saw again...

Nothing stops us from buying anything and everything now!

Yet, Fifty Shade of Grey explodes and new anthologies/series of Dominators come out...et. al.,

I don't get it... Why are women willing to openly discuss and get turned on by domination?

This story is well-done, but clearly is just setting the stage for much more. I knew sex would be involved in the book, but I missed the sub-title. I liked the setting since it was where I spent the majority of my life...but, women, you have no idea of the reality of working under a dominant man--especially when it is not sexual domination! Yet, here we are 50-60 years after women became feminists, destroyed their bras, etc., and we are interested and willing to fantasize about the domination of a man...

Is life just cyclical? Are we going around in circles with each new generation going backwards until we have to again rebel against what happens to women in a male-dominated society? Because that's what we have out there now friends... I can tell purely by the female response to Fifty Shades and similar books.

When I bought a few of those erotic books in my youth, I once got one which was set in a girls school, which was where men sent their daughters to be "schooled" to get used to and want punishment attached to their sexual life... Do you cringe at that? Why? Because whether or not the women are writing about females of consent--hey, it's still pain...

The sad thing for me is that this writer is a great writer. We all enjoy erotic fantasy and the writer has many other books out there...but I won't buy any...Why should I support a writer that's demeaning women by suggesting that women within the office environment should willingly accept sexual invitations from their bosses or cohorts...

Let me tell you a true story: In a large organizations, you often have multiple offices working in one building. The rumors were already out there that one of the men in the building would routinely proposition everybody! One evening while I was working, he came into my office, came around the back of my chair and slid his hands down over my breasts. I stopped typing and sat there. He leaned over and aske what I was doing...

I said, my head still down, "Praying."

His hands flew up and he was out of my office in seconds...

Hey, for one, if you want to be involved sexually, YOU should be deciding who, when, where and why...

If you allow a man to touch you, expecting a positive response, that man has just harassed you, if you are not interested. Oh yes, the new assistant to the "billionaire" proved that she was willing according to this story...

I wonder if this boss had been just starting out. couldn't pay much and needed an excellent and dedicated woman to work to help them both succeed, whether this woman still would have been "willing..." Hey, maybe they'd fall in love and get married...romance at its finest, right? LOL

Just my personal opinion, of course, but Georgina, are any of your sexy stories about a heroine who sets out to stop workplace sexual harrassment...and then goes out with the men she wants and may desire for an "equally" satisfying relationship? Love to read it...

P.S. I know that my thoughts will not stop this type of book...unfortunately... But, the ever-increasing Sex Trade and Abuse of Children is too important not to speak out and try to wake up a few writers... domination and abuse is wrong at any age...

Let's make love right now!" "Just like a typical guy years younger, Max is always ready to go before I am. "I am so horny," he whispers hoarsely into my ear. I smile, enjoying his eagerness... "I want to kiss you all over," he mumbles into my neck as his hands begin to roam... "There's something I want to do, and I hope you will allow me." he begins, rather formally... A Taste of Honey...May Be More Than You Bargained For... Check out Gamal Hennessy's Debut Novel!

A Taste of Honey:   A Novel of Crime  and Passion   By Gamal Hennessy I don't know about you, but I have trouble with an erotic novel that doesn't have a great background story. So I was very pleased and excited to read A Taste of Honey! If you like it sexy, you're going to find it here... If you like crime stories, like I do...you've also got a good story here! But, if you have sex and crime in one book, more than likely it's also going to get gory, with some parts difficult to absorb... You are thus warned... It seemed only appropriate for our two lead female characters to be the Honey that many of you will know...right? An important definition begins the book: Honey Trap: a strategy where an attractive person coerces another person into doing or revealing something... I wonder why they many times use females for this role...yes, they might succeed, but they are being placed in sometimes very dangerous situations... Hopefully, the women

A Biker's Funeral from the Novel, Running With Wild Blood By Gerrie Ferris Finger

I’m easily amused. Lake circled the rental car around Palms Garden Cemetery. A spiked, wrought iron fence kept the dead in, otherwise, who knew? They might run out and vote. I didn’t say that to Lake for fear of an unappreciative groan.  At the white stone gates, at intervals , the uniformed cop held up a hand to allow other boulevard traffic to flow past the line of bikes and cars waiting to enter the city of the  dead. My skin started to hum. The voltage in the atmosphere was amped to the max despite the fanning palms doing their damndest to make this day a  celebration of the dead. “Don’t anyone light a match,” Lake said. Riley "Big Red" O'Rourke We weaved and shouldered our way through throngs of bikers, some startled at seeing three people not wearing cut, sleeveless denim, or leather, or visible tattoos— until they caught the badges. They growled and spit, then went back to their conversations. Lots of fucks and fuckers bein
